Alongside GST, the firm provides book keeping and accounting services, income tax return preparation and filing, and assistance with Udyam registration.
Our services include assistance with GST-related advisory matters, compliance requirements, tax proceedings and representation before the appropriate tax authorities. CMA Sudha Rani Vutukur, Founder of SRV & Associates, is a Fellow Cost Accountant with professional experience in taxation, accounting and compliance, with a primary focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Her professional practice encompasses GST advisory, compliance management, litigation support, refund matters, due diligence, compliance reviews, GST-specific reviews, agreement reviews and departmental audits, as well as representation and assistance in proceedings before quasi-judicial and appellate authorities. She also has prior professional experience in matters relating to Service Tax and Central Excise.
In addition to indirect taxation, her professional practice covers Income Tax, TDS compliance, bookkeeping and accounting, along with various statutory and regulatory registrations. She assists businesses in managing their recurring tax and accounting requirements, including bookkeeping and accounting, GST registrations and other statutory registrations, TDS payments and returns, and income-tax-related compliance.
With a comprehensive understanding of tax and regulatory requirements and their practical application, she advises businesses across industries on regulatory compliance, tax implications, transaction structuring and tax risk management. Her professional engagements involve analysing tax and compliance matters, assisting businesses in meeting statutory requirements and providing practical solutions to accounting and taxation-related requirements.
