What is collected

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, a subject line, and your message. The server also records the IP address a submission came from, solely to limit how many enquiries can be sent from one address in an hour.

This site sets one cookie, srv_ack, which records that you acknowledged the notice shown on entry. It contains no personal data and expires after one year. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking on this site.

Why it is collected

To read and reply to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. Your details are not used for marketing and are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the firm.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are delivered by email to info@srvlaw.co.in. Delivery uses the firm’s email provider, and the website is served through a hosting provider and a content delivery network; each of these necessarily handles the data in transit in order to deliver it.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter you raised and to meet the firm’s professional record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to info@srvlaw.co.in and the firm will respond.
